Black Eye is a small collective focused on opening doors in production for Black and Brown creatives.

We’re building space to learn, connect, and create—together. Whether that’s through shared knowledge, hands-on experience, or simply being in the right room at the right time, we believe access changes everything.

This is the beginning of something we’re growing with intention.

    Black Eye started as a way to share what we’re learning, support each other, and create more visibility for people who deserve to be here.

    We’re not an institution—we’re building this as we go.

    That means creating opportunities to learn on set, connecting people to real work, and sharing knowledge that often stays behind closed doors.

    We believe growth happens through proximity, experience, and community—not just information.

    Whether you’re just getting started or already working in the industry, this is a space to connect, learn, and build alongside others.

    As we grow, we also hope to collaborate with brands, agencies, and crews who value access and representation in meaningful ways.
